Rove says Palin lacks gravitas. Is that because she rarely speaks in complete sentences? Also, I seem to remember that word from the 2000 election. Dick Cheney was supposed to have gravitas. Maybe gravitas has something to do with the ability to confuse your hunting buddy's face with a small flightless bird.
Rove says Palin lacks 'gravitas' for presidential run - If that means "bullshit" he may be right. She has a common sense approach and a clear definition of what the constitution allows and what it doesn't. Maybe that's the "gravitas" Americans really want!
The fanny pack, although a well intended and practical accoutrement, tends to be hard to execute without losing all gravitas. I will reverse this position when a world leader gives an important speech whilst wearing one...
It's so sad that Palin can't get any love from her own end of the political spectrum. I think I'm about to shed a tear... Nope, it was just a stray dog hair.
