Sebastian Bach has been arrested for allegedly biting a bar owner after he was asked to leave the bar. The incident occurred while Sebastian Bach was at the Riley's Old Towne Pub in Canada. Bach tried to bring his glass of wine outside but the bar’s staff wouldn’t let him. 
It was then that Sebastian supposedly threw his wine glass at the door.

Either the wine was really good or Bach was really bad! What grown man at the age of 42 is unable to control his anger and irritation? Rock star status aside, Sebastian was just acting like a jerk.
After throwing his glass, Sebastian Bach became so belligerent that he had to be restrained. He supposedly “bit… the left hand” of the owner who was restraining him. Officers were called and they discovered a couple of grams of marijuana on Sebastian. He was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), assault and mischief.
Hopefully, next time around Sebastian Bach will stay home instead. At least there he can take his glass of wine anywhere and not worry about being arrested. TMZ has a video of Sebastian Bach’s scuffle and of him getting arrested which you can view if you wish.
