 To remove fake nails, soak them in warm water for about 10 minutes first.

3. Biotin
To make your nails extra strong, take 300 micrograms of the B vitamin biotin four to six times a day. According to a U.S. study, 63 percent of people taking biotin for brittle nails experienced a big improvement.

Zinc has been proven great for your nails. Milk and hard boiled eggs are great sources of zinc, so add these to your daily diet. A sign of zinc deficiency is if your nails are spotted with white.
