Princess Diana Exhibit Compliments Prince William's Engagement

The Princess Diana exhibit at a Michigan art museum provides a rare and up close glimpse into the intricacies and private life of the most photographed person in the world.  The captivating exhibit is a fine compliment to news that Prince William is engaged to be married.

The Princess Diana exhibit at the Grand Rapids Art Museum is a stunning experience from the moment one walks in.  The first thing that captures your eye is the magnificent tiara that Lady Di wore.

It is nothing less than brilliant and sends chills though your body as the diamonds sparkle at every angle, a reminder of her bright short life.

The exhibit for the fallen princess is deliberately set up to to provide a storyline of her life.  Each room is like a cross-section of her life, a very storied one.

Museum patrons can avail themselves to private keepsakes, writings, and even home video never before shown to the public.  Visitors say that the Princess Diana exhibit is a moving and respectable celebration of the life of the princess of the people.

Arguably, the the main attraction at the Princess Diana exhibit is Lady Di's wedding dress.  Once you see it for the first time, it pulls you in to the moment that she must have felt unspeakable joy.  It is a stunning dress that boasts a 25' train.  Imagine that?

The exhibit, although somber at times, is a celebration of life and a legacy that is timeless and sure to remain in the annals of history forever.

As the world awaits the next royal wedding now that Prince William is engaged, the Princess Diana exhibit will make for a fond lead-in from the person who captured the hearts of millions around the world.

The exhibit will remain until Feb. 16, 2011.
