Stores Open on Thanksgiving Day

Do you want to have a traditional Thanksgiving with turkey, stuffing, potatoes, and family, or do you want to shop? If you chose to shop, you might need to know what stores are open on Thanksgiving Day?

Stores open on Thanksgiving Day are as follows: Wal-Mart, Kmart, The Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Toys "R" Us, Bath & Body Works, and Victoria's Secret. You can check this article for times.

There is something wrong with Christmas starting earlier and earlier, but what is even worse is when shopping becomes more important than family time. Thanksgiving used to be a day to relax, eat, and be with one another.

Maybe for some, it's not like that, but what are retailers doing to their employees? Many are forced to work on a traditional holiday, and that is wrong. Maybe Americans need to realize what their priorities are, and why so many are in financial trouble.

Stay home on Thanksgiving. Maybe then people will be together and remember that Thanksgiving is a day to give thanks for blessings, and not for what stores have on sale.

The Butterball Talk-Line was created to assist everyone from first-time cooks to seasoned chefs with preparing their holiday bird. Originally staffed with six home economists who responded to 11,000 phone calls in its first year alone, today the Talk-Line is staffed with nearly 50 home economists and nutritionists who respond to more than 100,000 questions each November and December.
