Black Friday Ads at Target - Great Deals on Laptops HDTV & Game Consoles Today!

Black Friday Ads without mention of Target will be a depressing time of the season. However, the retail giant has released it's Black Friday 2010 ads just in time, and the deals are great, if you're the first in line.

This holiday season, you have to be among the first to capture deals on your favorite laptop, video game console, HDTV, or coupons that give you discounts on toys for your long list of family and friends.

A 205-page item Target Black Friday sale ad is available as well as a 28-page Target Black Friday 2010 ad sale series of scans.  The good news is that you do not have to wait until the day after the turkey is gone.  Target is beginning its sale on 11/21, but it ends on 11/24.

Here is a sample of what you can snap up on deals:

Acer Aspire 10.1” Netbook for $179.99

Nintendo DSi Console for $119.99

Vizio 37” 1080p 60Hz LCD HDTV for $399.99

Coupons for $5 Off Select Toys

The Acer 10.1” Netbook for $179.99 is comparable to the Compaq 10.1” Netbook for $149.99 during BestBuy’s Black Friday ads sale. The trouble is that Best Buy will only have 8 of the better deals on hand per store.  So, it makes sense to pickup an Acer at Target, hold on to it, and fish for the Best Buy deal, if you're lucky.

Happy Thanksgiving

Many of those ads have leaked and we're going to give you a preview!

Target is offering $3 appliances as well as a bunch of 25% - 50% off coupons on various items throughout the store. Walmart and K-Mart have similar offers and if you're looking for something specific you should check all three stores for the best deal. Target Corporation Third Quarter Profits Soar Before Black Friday

Target Corporation saw third quarter profits soar before the anticipated retail frenzy on Black Friday 2010. The leading mass merchant experienced a jump in revenue, improved credit card business and strong growth for the quarter.

Target Corp. (TGT) reported a profit of $535 million, or 74 cents a share, for the period that ended October 30, 2010. This time last year, Target was at 58 cents a share with a profit of $436 million. What is keeping Target afloat and progressive during tough economic times?

U.S. retail sales rebounded in July but showed hints of lingering softness that were underscored by a separate report showing underlying inflation pressures stuck at their lowest level since the 1960s. Sales climbed 0.4 percent last month following a revised 0.3 percent drop in June, the Commerce Department said on August 13, 2010, below forecasts for a 0.5 percent gain. The Wall Street Journal reports Target Corporation has remodeled stores and put an emphasis on groceries to boost sales. The leading retailer also entices customers to visit other areas of the store containing more profitable merchandise such as clothing.

Target Chief Executive Gregg Steinhafel said their credit card promo starting in October is very popular. Customers paying with a Target debit or credit card or Target Visa receive a 5 percent discount on all purchases.

According to analysts, Target prices are cheaper than rival Walmart when using a card. On Tuesday, Walmart (WMT) reported third quarter earnings internationally increased by 9.3 percent with US same-store sales falling for the sixth quarter in a row.

One concern is whether Target consumers are paying off their charges. The 90-day delinquency rate dropped to 3.5 percent from 4.6 percent.  Most people are paying off their Target credit card bills.

The credit card strategy was profitable for Target Corporation during the third quarter. It should prove to be profitable through Black Friday and the holiday shopping season as Target takes an upbeat look for the holidays.

According to WSJ MarketWatch, Steinhafel stated, “We are well-positioned for the fourth quarter.” The vast attention paid to Target Black Friday ads indicates a potentially profitable holiday season for the mass merchant.
